Does the school help graduates with job placements?

The General Welding School Ltd. has built strong relationships with companies & agencies that we have been associated with for many years. We help graduates with job leads, references and updating of resumes.

Is welding in high demand?

Year after year baby boomers are retiring at an increasing rate and there aren’t enough young people showing interest in skilled trades. For many years our high school system hasn’t encouraged and promoted trades, thus leaving a big shortage in the skilled trade industry. There is more opportunity for skilled welders now than there has ever been.
